Spring and Summer Maintenance

Professional lawn mowing at the appropriate height for your grass type. Edging will be performed to create clean crisp lines between beds and other hard surface areas. Blowing off of all hard surfaces, grass areas and beds to leave a clean and professional look will be performed at every visit. Bed Maintenance will be ongoing throughout the year to maintain a clean appearance with minimal weeds, leaves, sticks, and debris.

• Weekly Service: There will be 32 visits total that will be performed weekly from April to the first week in October.

Fall Maintenance

Professional lawn mowing at the appropriate height for your grass type until the grass stops growing. Edging will be performed until grass stops growing to create clean crisp lines between beds and other hard surface areas. Blowing off of all hard surfaces grass areas, and beds to leave a clean and professional look will be performed at every visit. Leaf cleanup will be done either by using a mulching mower that with pulverize all clippings and drop them back on to the turf to provide rich nutrients back into the soil or by bagging all leaves only when necessary. All beds will be blown out before each visit and the leaves will pulverize with the rest of the yard. Bed Maintenance will be ongoing throughout the year to maintain a clean appearance with minimal weeds, leaves, sticks, and debris.

• Weekly Service: There will be 8 visits total that will be performed weekly from the second week in October to the end of November.​

Winter Maintenance

Blowing, Debris pick up, and upkeep to prepare for Spring. Bed Maintenance will be ongoing throughout the year to maintain a clean appearance with minimal weeds, leaves, sticks, and debris.

• ALL SERVICES GO TO BIWEEKLY EXCEPT CUSTOM PACKAGES: There will be 6 visits total that will be performed biweekly from December to end of March.
